The previous reviews are incredibly accurate. The management simply does not care about this place at all. It's too bad, under proper management it could be a nice place, but within 5 years it will have gone to complete crap.
They play God with the heat, turning it on only when they feel like it. We have quite a few species of bugs that we cannot get rid of or have the management help us exterminate. Oh, and the basement must be the creepiest place on earth. However, if you are interested in joining one of Somerville's fine street gangs, this is an excellent location.
Avoid Red Line Real Estate and avoid Davidson Management.
