Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
The apartment is attractive, but the building is poorly run. Davidson Management does not care at all about its tenants. For example, in my bedroom, I had a radiator that made so much noise I had to sleep in the next room with the beddroom door shut and a fan on for white noise. It was incredibly loud, and they NEVER fixed it. When I said I would have to withold my rent, they told me they would take it out of my security deposit! I tried for one full month to speak with the woman who officially manages the building, Maryanne Davidson, and she NEVER called me back. ALL THEY WANT IS THE MONEY!
