Clean, kind, and waterfront-deal apartment! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I used to move in and out every year, but I end up with staying in this apartment since 2002 (4 years!) up to now. I see maintenance staff are cleaning the entire building every week (mopping on floor, bacumming entire hall ways, elevator and landry room!), and they are very kind. Once you get to probably above 4th floor (it's 5-fl building), you will see beautiful views of Mystic River and probably the other side to Boston Metropolitan since it's located on RIGHT on the top of the Winter Hill! Highly recommended for 1 person or couple, but little bit small for family.
