Like the other recent reviewers, I have no idea where the previous bad reviews have come from. The building is clean and safe. The management company and super are prompt to respond to any problems or complaints. The apartment itself is gorgeous - hardwood floors, crown molding, open floor plan, fantastic views of both the Boston skyline and the Mystic River (we are on the corner of the building on the top floor, so the views are really fantastic) The parking could be better, but in two years I only ever had a problem finding a spot once.
