I'm confused by bad reviews below. This is a nice apartment, renovated well with decent fittings and a very good price. Well cleaned upon moving in, the super is very nice and very attentive. No parking, but was advertised as such.

The agent at red line realty did not try to be my friend, he was terse and to the point: exactly what I'm looking for in an agent! He listen to out price range, showed us appropriate places, didn't try a hard sell, listened to our opinions and made the signing up easy. One of the best agents I've dealt with.
