Years at this apartment: 1982 - 1992
Beacon st. is noisy,i.e. trucks,buses,etc,etc. and the crime rate is rising in the general area,the maintenance was below par due to an (yes,an) maintenance
guy who lives at #88 but services 94 and 88.
complaints must be beaten into his ear with a hammer or there is no service,access to a lot of stores and clubs nearby and Boston is a bus ride away or 10 min. by car. last I knew Roaches seem to be regrouping and planning to re-occupy.Hope your neighbor upstairs doesn?t wear highheels all day long like mine did because walls and floors are thin,most people in the area are clean and pleasent and generally premise was clean.
