Landlord and maintenance people non-responsive to present tenants. High turnover of renters. Halls dirty, hall carpeting stained, hall walls marked, parking lot unswept, parking lot is unlit in areas, requests of tenants for basic apartment maintenance is ignored unless threatened. Do not recommend the residence unless tenants are short-term and aren't looking for maintenance of apartment or building.
