The location is great but the building itself is pretty bad. The heat in the winter is terrible and structurally it just isn't very well designed. I found the maintenance people very helpful and friendly. The natural lighting in the building is terrible and one of the bedrooms doesn't even have a window. If you are desperate for a place it isn't a bad place.
