I have lived there for two years. For the past two years, it was so cold in winter and the room temperature couldn't reach 68F(mostly 60F) during Dec., Jan., Feb due to the old heating system of this building. Hot water used up quickly in the morning. Parking is another big frustrated problem. we were charged $50/month for parking, but at evening it is often that someone parked our spot and no one takes care of this. If we complain to the management, they usually treat you badly and not responable at all. The room is old, and noisy. The only good thing is that maintanence people are pretty nice. Certainly we wouldn't recommmend it.
