Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
1)There is a on-site manager but he is not responsive as you expect. Don't expect to get things fit very soon.
2)Units located in the rear part of the building face HUGE machine pipes -- kind of commercial fans; thus when the fans work, it's really noisy, more than you may imagine.
