my family lived there for a year and half. And it was very bad. My parents were speaking very little english and whenever they had problems they went to office to address the issue. No one was there to listen. Paying 1250$ for rent and 10$ for parking they did not get the storage room down stairs. And the worst guy was Chuck the manager to deal with. He was the jerk in the office. I think he needs to take some calsses how to run the place.Being in the office,he likes to wear suites but that does not mean he had mannar, he seems like he is uneducated person. Because he behaves like he does not know how to talk to people. He enjoys to talk down to people.I think the neighbour were really good but the managment needs to build positive attitude or go to school and take some classes how to talk to people.
