I have live at C.H.T for about 4 years now and so much has changed. First of all The Site manager Rod is very rude he never returned any of my calls after i had compline about a tenant. He ignore me even when i went to the office he does not know how to handle anything at all. Plus during the summer as i was dropping off my rent there was a chiness man that was at the front desk and guess who was rubbing his neck well it was Rod our C.H.T Manager. We all know that he is --- then i found out from my girl pal that the chinnes guy was his boyfriend because she would take the bus with them. so how could that be bringing in you partner to work with you and distract you from doing your job''' there are people yelling and making trouble around here and Rod has never come out to report the tenant face to face or said anything he just does not want to hear it. So that is why this place is what it is Thanks to our dumbass Manager ROD!!!!
