I've lived in a Sillari managed apartment for a little over two years now. I love the apartment itself, the rent is more than reasonable and overall I've had few maintenance issues. I've had immediate responses for some big issues (no heat, a blown fuse) and so-so responses for non-emergency things. You have to be home to meet the contractor, which I don't like since I have to take time off work. I do agree with the previous poster that the people in the office are rude. I had a problem with noisy upstairs neighbors (partying at 3am) and when I called to complain I was told that a) they had just moved in and were probably inviting friends over to help decorate (') and b) that I needed to form a relationship with them so that they would know me and keep the noise down.

Overall Sillari is far from the worst landlord I've ever had, just kinda absent. That's not always a bad thing, just be aware going in.
