Wonderful management.....

My roommate and I have lived in an apartment managed by Walnut Hill for over a year.
We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which is reasonably priced for the boston area. It is in a wonderful area on the Somerville, Cambridge line and is a short walk to either Harvard or Porter Squares.
As far as Walnut Hill management is concerned, I have been impressed. Walnut Hill has a 24 hour answering service. Whenever we call with a problem they send Phil, their maintenance man, the same day. Phil has come to help us with everything from changing a light bulb to helping us shut a stuck window. No request has been too small.
An example of the excellent service Walnut Hill provides its residents is the hot water shortage our building had last winter. Walnut Hill responded promptly by replacing our hot water tank with a new, larger, tank.
I really think that Walnut Hill management cares about their residents. I'm not moving anytime soon!
