Building stinks of cigarettes. Superintendant constantly drunk. No respect for privacy. Don't take me wrong, Highland Commons is a great building. Rents are reasonable, building owners live in the building, so not like it is a slum.

The carpet has never been cleaned, and its literally crunchy underfoot.
The building is infested with house centipedes. We saw 1 or 2 every night. GROSS!
Laundry is in the building but $2.00 per load for a tiny washer. (Dryer is 1.75).
