For everyone that said that this place was worth while your nuts. The office staff are rude and do not care about there customers. The place looks nice and quite when you move in, and the proporty is not to bad. But the apartments are run down on the inside invested with bugs and spiders. The bug guy only comes ones a month so if you dont get him before he comes your stuck with an investation for a month. All of the other tenants are very nice elderly people for the most part, its to bad the poor treatment they get from the office staff. At one point i went down there to state my thoughts on something and one of the office staff said "your the only one that would ever say anything because all the old people are scared", why is that'
-The gates have been broke for months now and they have not fixed them, my fire alarm has been broke since i moved in april 07, the gym has no paper towels or disinfective spray(Even after i asked for some, because its gross). After living there for two month my girl fiends car got broken into and things stollen. Which I'm aware can happen anywhere but the responce that the office people had was unprofecional. They new there was several break ins that night with property stollen. They tried to hide it instead of letting the tenants know about it. Having southern new bedford right down the road is definitly something to investigate before you move in. I had to live with ants crawling all over my apartment for over a month because after i had to wait for a month for the bug guy to come, it didnt work and he had to come back again. All of the maintance guys are really nice and helpful they get ran like dogs by the office people and treated like slaves if you ask me.

At first i thought it was going to be a nice place to live, it really seems it. But after a while it grows on you like cancer. Please take a look at my below ratings there honust, there are definitly ups for the place, but i think customer service is #1 and they are severly lacking it. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
