I too lived there when it was Easton Estates.
#9 Nancy rd as i recall. The smell from the dogs on both side of us was gross. Thank God we only rented under short term. It looks better now, but it was beond gross when we moved in. The place smelled and was very unclean, both inside and out. It was like living in a Brockton low income housing unit. But again, it looks better now'''
one story that sticks out, The fridge went out and we lost about $100.00 worth of food. The office people had it fixed within a day and gave us $100.00 credit towards or next rent, they told us " if you said it was a $100.00 dollar loss for you, we belive you" " after all, you people are not like the rest of the low lifes that live here"''' I think it was because my wife was and RN and i was an EMT...and we were renting short term..3 months.I think maybe they did not see us as the welfare type'' anyways that was their view on the tenants there i guess. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
