We?ve lived there for 2 years. Now we moved out because of the job.
Pros:
Quiet, safe, and nice area. Easy access to Highway. Convenient to supermarket, post office, school. Nice staffs. Lot of space. Ample parking. We actually have a specific one assign to us and still have extra parking space. Quality building material. Reasonable rent, We paid $1300 for 2 beds townhouse. Private entrance to the unit. New appliances.
Cons:
Quite far from Boston and commuter rail station. It will take around 1 hour drive during morning rush hour. (We always take HOV lane) There is no laundry in your unit. You will have to use coin operated one. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
