Broadmeadow Apartments

Would definately Recommend. *Updated 8/26/08 From: Mojosnewdigs Date posted: 8/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   My husband and I have been living here for approx. 6 months and I would totally recommend it. There are approx. 10 buildings with 21 apartments in each building with 3 floors. The absolute best part of living here is the ELEVATORS!!!! Yup...thats right, this place has elevators. We used to live on the 3rd floor of our last place and not having to walk up stairs is awesome. The buildings are kept clean as well as the landscaping and parking area. Tons of parking close to the building. We've had a few storms this year and they have been very good with the plowing. All the apartments are new (within the last 4 years maybe') All appliances are included including microwave. Equipped with washer/dryer hookups. All apartments have Air Conditioning. They accept cats at no extra charge. Thank goodness because we have two. Our apartment had new paint and carpeting ... everything was very clean. It is also very quite, especially compared to our last place, I never hear our neighbors. Some apartments have really large balconies some small. Ours is a small one...might be because we only have a 2 bedroom and I think 3 bedrooms are available. As for maintenance, I've only called once and they came within the hour and fixed it. My only complaints would be noise outside from people that drive 4-wheelers/ATV's next door on an open lot. It's not all that common, but of course, just as your about to go to sleep, they come out...not the apartments fault...just an annoyance. My only other complaints are sometimes the water is cold in the shower/sinks and you can't have a propane grill(charcoal is ok...so not too bad). We are signed in for a 1 year lease at 900.00/mo. Heat and Hot Water are included. You can choose to pay on the 1st or the 15th. Just as we were moving in (June 2005)they were increasing to 1000.00/mo. so I'm not sure of the current rate. Overall, it has been a very positive experience and I would definately recommend Broadmeadow Apartments. ******************************************************* UPDATE AS OF 8/26/08 We have been here over 3 years now and I can only say this place is still great. I wrote previously that sometimes the water is cold. I can happily say that has not been a problem for years now. Since moving in 2005 I have only needed to call maintenance once. Fixed immediately. The maintenance gentleman that works here is super. Very friendly and approachable. A big plus! I wanted to add that the apartments have only 1 or 2 bedrooms. Wasn't sure when moved in, sorry. Again, just wanted to add that we plan on staying here until we buy a house (who knows how many years still for that). You can't go wrong here. Oh, and a big PS: our rent hasn't changed since we moved in. Amazing!
