In the one bedroom aparments, there is a common laundry area in the building, but it is always busy, and you have to wait to do laundry, and the washers are undersized. People stand in front of the building entrance and smoke which is not good since I have asthma. The neighbor upstairs is very loud and disturbing. You should alow pets since most of the occupants here are handicap or living alone, a dog would be great company. There are many children around outdoors especially when people are coming home from work and they do not move out of the way or seem to see the cars coming which could result in a fatal accident. They need to be supervised or a class should be held about safety matters while outdoors.

After being here over 2 years now, I have a few more things to say. I still say they should allow dogs. We see dogs on the property, when the management says no dogs are allowed, so that is not fair. Also, they could have better insulated windows... the cost of heating is high in the winter. You can see the rent went up, but reasonably. The management still responds to our concerns pretty well. Overall, I still would recommend this community. Also, I wish they would provide more than one phone jack.
