Great staff, decent apartments I lived for 1 year at Gaslight village and I have never seen such a wonderful management (I move around a lot).
Maintenance is really top notch (A ). It snowed much when I stayed and they were on top of it. Grass is cut regularly and carpet in lobby is vacummed ..full review of Gaslight Village

Apt. and maintenance Staff is co-operative and efficient
Good heat insulation
- Floors are not well insulated, sometimes I can hear footsteps from apartment above me.
Cooking gas is included in rent.

Only okay if you like noise While the apartment itself is nice and the location good, the noise problem is horrible. The floors/ceilings are super thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. And the staff has been very very slow to address the problem.

Go Down the street to gaslight village First of all there is no sign on the street so it was pretty hard to find since I wasn´t from the area. Luckily while we were driving around looking for these apartments we found a much nicer one down the street. Gaslight Village.

If you need quiet, stay away The noise level is ridiculous. The people upstairs from us blast their tv/radio until well after midnight every night. Calls to management about the nosie problem is answered by "we´ll look into it", yet nothing ever gets accomplished. Also, there is a shopping

Overall better than average We´ve been living in Gaslight for almost two year. Overall I´ve been very happy with the place. If anything is broken they come and fix it that same day with no hassle. The neighbors are nice and welcoming.
