The appartments are out dated. Built in 1978 or 1979 and have not been refurbished. The livingrooms have brown rugs, popcorn ceilings, no trim on windows, chocolate brown doors throughout the apparment, Kitchen has genaric appliences, old light fixtures, all sink fixtures
