I have never complained about the groundskeepers. The grasscutting and grassblowing and grasstrimming are frequent and the grounds look great but its all done near the buildings under your windows as the parking is also near the buildings under your windows. Geat for security for your vehicle but the tradeoff here is you depend on other tenants to be considerate,i.e.:alarms,car stereo, banging doors etc.etc. Occasionaly the 200 foot ramp has gone unplowed to the ground making it hazardous to travel,a real test of your tire winter readiness.The office staff in some cases can be responsible for tenants who are frequent problem tenants in as much that the tenant can be sanctioned with non-renewal of lease or eviction in severe cases,in which case the realty goes to court and a judge will decide; If the office staff fail to act, there is a home office you can call but make sure you?ve documented all with reference to any police reports. So just a "letter" to a problem tenant is all they can do is incorrect. The clubhouse,gym,pool and naturetrail are very nice but there is a high turnover ,I.E.temp.tenants so that frequently there is a problem tenant.TRADEOFFS!!! A good website to tenants rights :
