I don't understand where the negative comments are coming from.

The office staff has always been helpful and pleasent to my wife and I, as wellas the several friends that we have here.

work orders get processed quickly and the reports that people are entering without permission , because whenever I have placed a work order they ask if it is okay to enter if noone is there (this is required).

The complaints about the grass cutting and plowing in another rating are ridiculous, that would be the first person complaining if there was snow on the road and tall grass.

Rent prices are competitive with the area and all rents at any apartment complex owned by a large company will go up periodically.

you get a lot for what you pay, pool, fitness center, raquetball court, tennis court, basketball court, business center, 24 hour on call maintenance to name a few.

I live in a large two bedroom unit and keep my heat at about 70 degrees and us the A/C in the summer, and my electric bill is an average of about $100.00 a month.

the only problems I have had is with disrespectful neighbors.

I have even had to call the police a few times.

The office staff can only write the offenders a letter, not force them to be respectful to others.

i would deffinately reccomend this complex to anyone looking for somewhere to live.
