Rosemeade is a beautiful apt complex in a less than beautiful town. However, the office staff are completely unprofessional and downright rude. Dont even think about going to them with any problems or questions! They will suck up to until the lease is signed, and then they will treat you like dirt. They have actually been very rude to myself and other residents and treat you like you are stupid!
They do not let see the apt before you move in, and mine has many many problems. Oh, and forget your security deposit!
I certainly do not recommend moving to Rosemeade unless the arrogant office staff are replaced now that the complex is under new ownership. They have no idea how to treat customers, and are disorganized and inconsistant.
