I lived at the Rosemeade apts. for only one year. That was more than enough time to realize I made a bad decision when signing a one year lease. I always had problems with parking--not enough spaces on our end of the complex because there were more cars and friends using the lot than was allowed. But, nothing was done. I never saw many parking stickers issued in car windows. As for the electric heat, the bills were ridiculous...There is no way that you could heat the house at 70 and only spend $100 a month. I rarely used the heat because it had be set in each room. So, I would just heat one room out of our 2 bedroom apt., and my bills were $50-60 per month. It was crazy. As for the office staff, they were not helpful. I had a leaky bathroom ceiling, and put in several work orders. What did they do---sand down the peeling paint and repaint the celing around the fan. You could literally poke a hole in the soft ceiling. Even with the ceiling dripping through the fan onto the floor, no major repairs were done. When they received my decline to renew the lease, they said that they would let it be until after we moved out, and that the building had needed a new roof, and they hoped to work on it this year. Sure...

The walls in that place are so thin, you could the other tenants conversations clearly, like they were right next to you.

Overall, this was the worst rental experience I had. I would not suggest this place to any friends. Too much money for so little.
