I have lived at Rosemeade for three years and cannot think of one problem. The office staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. The only thing that can be gathered from the previous reviews is that these people only here the information that they want to hear. Rents, fees, etc, are all explained to you, in writing, when you move in and your signature is required on these documents to verify that you understand. To then complain about something that you willingly agreed to is utter stupidity.

As far as noise, parking, etc - you can only excpect the atmosphere of apartment living at an apartment complex. If you don't want to deal with noisy neighbors, cars, or living very close to other people -BUY A HOUSE! From my experience, most everyone on the property goes about their day to day business without bothering anyone else.

I would gladly recommend Rosemeade Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.
