while the apt. complex may have been nice when first built...the shoddy upkeep of this place is disgraceful. i agree that if you want a beautiful garden and clean driveway, you should buy your own house, but then again...what are we paying these outrageous rent prices for' the only thing that Rosemeade has going for it is 1) the maintenance crew who are excellent, and 2) the fact that boston and worcester rental prices are over most americans' budgets! this is a desparate, last-choice place to live. things are only half-done at best, and while the neighbors are nice and considerate... everyone becomes hateful and bitter by the time they leave Rosemeade. Watch out for the office staff...they are NOT your friend...EVER.
choose Rosemeade only if you have no alternative.
