Rosemeade has done a poor job of plowing the lot, at least after this winter storm. The snow eneded on Saturday, and it is now Tueday evening. The whole back region of the lot, which you don't see when you get a tour of the apartments, has a pack of snow that becomes an iceway in the evening. It isn't very safe. Besides that, they have not plowed some parking spaces, which makes it difficult to find a parking space.

Live near the clubhouse if you move in, because for some reason that area actually gets plowed well.
