We lived here over 2 years. living room roof leaf was complained and tried fixing 'n' number of times.. it still leaks. when you call to complain, management asks about volume of water leaked, size of the bucket .etc kind of weired question. on top of all these questions, our complaint was never atteneded.
during winter, they don't clean driveways until snow completely stops. if you have to drive, risk yourself and get into car.
During winter, electricity bill all the time 300$ to 400$, such a waste insulation. never rooms get heated up. step on carpet with bare foot, you will as if a water fall is flowing under carpet. during winter storm, we complained about heater is not working in living room.. heaters are not their proirity tasks during storm, they hot water heater issues to deal with. parking was never a problem at our building, plenty of parking and spacious rooms.
Over all, maintance and insulation are very very bad, big NO again.
