I currently live in Rosemeade, and have for the past 10 months. Maybe I have just been lucky, but I have had no problems. Anything that has needed to be fixed was immediately taken care of by the maintenance staff, who are very nice. There is always plenty of parking, and after a snow storm the snow was removed quickly. The facilities (pool, gym, laundry, etc.) are great and very convenient. The rent is reasonable, and the apartments are very spacious and clean when you move in. The electric bill did get a little high in December and January ($250), but the other months it was not bad, and the fireplace is helpful to keep heating costs down a little. Overall, I have enjoyed living in Rosemeade, and would highly recommened it.
