Big regrets.. terribly priced.. I don't believe the positive review

There are two main problems with Rosemeade:
1.The only maintance done seems to be cosmetic. This is not apparent from the
outside. Once you live here, unless you are lucky like the writer in the previous address (must be living in the model apartment), you will find all sorts of things wrong. The one that is most severe is the lack of insulation in the apartment. Winter heat for a two bedroom apartment is about $350-450 to heat the apartment to 65 Farenheit. Sometimes, when it is really cold, you're lucky to find your apartment at 55, no matter where you set your thermostat dial. The windows are drafty and the walls need their insulation replaced, if there is any insulation to begin with. I have my doubts. A fireplace does not subsize the heating bill. You have to open the flu, and if you are serious about fire safety (and not negligent), you have to put the fire out and allow the fireplace to cool before you go to bed or leave the apartment. This requires you to leave the flu open. This allows cold air in and destroys any possible heat supplementation you might have had.
2. The office staff is incorrigible. The saleswoman is kind and friendly, and I like her, but the other two are the meanest people I have ever met. I mentioned a problem to them that had been unresolved (after 3 requests), and they worked very hard to threaten that they would say I was a negligent tenant (in other words, this problem, somehow, is my fault) if I filed a complaint with the town clerk. This behavior is very unprofessional and of course unpleasant. It is also completely unnecessary if the office staff would ensure they are going to find a means of addressing the valid problem. They really don't care to, and instead alienate most tenants.
If you don't believe what I have written, ask yourself.. Why would any complex offer a $500 gift certificate for Linens and Things, to new signers if their place is so great'
And ask yourself, why do they do that for new signers, yet treat tenants, who are paying their salary by paying rent for their apartment, whose apartment roofs are leaking heating nonfunctioning, with such callous disregard'
The sad but true reality of Rosemeade is that it looks nice, and would be a nice place to live if the management complany would step up, fire the bad apples, and replace windows and insolation. Instead they count on people who think there isn't any option for apartment housing in the area.
