I've lived at Rosemeade for over 8 years without a problem. It's safe, clean and well kept. The management and maintainence staff are friendly and professional. Perhaps those that complain should read their lease. Abide by the terms of the lease and show some concern for your neighbors and things go smoothly. If this wasn't a nice place, I wouldn't have stayed here this long. ( I just renewed again)
