Rosemeade

I have owned a house for a number of years and my husband and I recently divorced. I needed to find a apartment and it had to have a list of ammenties. I also needed to find a place central in Mass. with access to all the major freeways.

I went to quite a few apartment complexes throughout central Mass and found Rosemeade to be what I was looking for. The staff at this complex as well as the maintance people are wonderful. Very helpful and sweet. When I needed help finding movers they had names and numbers as well as maps to find various things in the surrounding towns.

During the winter, the plows came and cleaned to the best of their ability. I don't know about you but its hard to clean when residents don't get up to move their cars, but that is not managements fault. As to the person who complained that the parking lot was not cleared by the time they left for work at 8:00 am, Hey I had a house with a driveway for years and the plow guy got there when he could. Hey do you also complain when the town doesn't plow the roads to your satisifaction?

As far as the electric bill, didn't you check out how much electric heat cost before you rented? Guess you didn't do your homework.

I'm very happy here and plan to renew my lease here. Very safe and happy environment.
