Quality just isn't there From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived here a year only because I signed a lease for that legnth of time. A lot of items were broken, which I discovered over the first week of living there. Maintance quickly fixed them, but they were things I felt would have been noticed if they had really looked over the apartment before assigning me to it. But things do break, so I ignored it. Once I got over that, I got a leak in my roof! What a mess that was. Then the heat didn't work properly in the winter and I had a dismal electric bill on top of it. I became acquainted with the character of the office staff at that point; unfortunately I found it not quite up to my standards. I expected a lot more based on their advertisement of "quiet relaxation",the high cost of the apartments, and the total friendliness I had experienced during my tour before rental. My expectations were that I would have a nice apartment, well maintained, with a courteous office staff. The reality of living their was entirely different.
