I have been screwed left and right by these people, they are rude, self serving imbecils that will try to cheat you every step of the way. The leasing consultant has absolutely no knowledge or organizational skills whatsoever, and will promise you the world, but will deliver nothing. The assistant manager also has no knowledge, and will defer all decisions to the manager. The manager is absolutely the worst human being I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, she will stop at nothing to cause you problems and make your stay there miserable. God forbid you should want to move, she takes it as a personal attack and will try to stick you with every fee possible. Before you even think of renting here you should have a firm understanding of Massachussetts tenent rights. I however strongly urge everyone to look elsewhere. All of the negative reviews on this site hit the nail square on the head, and should be an indicator as to the type of experience you will have. I only wish I had looked here before moving into this place.
