The atmosphere:
It feels more like I live in a little house than an apartment. I have beautiful high ceilings and a charming fireplace. My cat loves sitting on the big windowsills and even living by the woods, I get lots of light.
Costs:
My electric (heat) bills have been between $100-200, which is reasonable considering this was the longest winter ever.
The staff:
They are always helpful and courteous; maintenance is always on the ball.
My favorite:
The gym and wooded trails can't be beat.
I did my reseach and visited several of the apartments, this one is superior.
