I just signed a lease for a third year at Rosemeade. For me, the place is great. You can't beat the "extras"; inground pool, trails, basketball, tennis, raquetball: it's a great place for active professionals. Best of all, I am able to have my dog here, which is not an option at 99% of apartments out there. I like the fact that I live in a place that looks nice and I can be proud to live here when family & friends visit. I have never had any problems with the office staff or maintenance- any issues I had were taken care of professionaly and timely. I'm looking forward to my next year here!
