Don't believe those last good reviews, it's obvious when you read them that they are written by the management because no other positive reviews from the past sound like that. Beyond that, they are simply a lie. Everyone who has lived there who has had any problems whatsoever have experienced the exactly the same thing, that the management is absolutely out to get you and it is really sick. Have a problem to report and you will find that management is anything besides "top notch". The truth about this place is already out there locally, it's just the poor unsuspecting out-of-towners who will get screwed. How sad and sick is it that you can't live and just be let alone. Don't live there, you'll wish you were dead instead.
