I lived at Rosemeade for a year and a month.

I started having problems immediately.. roof leaks, air conditioner failure, etc.. In my first months there, I never had to go past calling and letting them know there was an issue; and I didn't have any issues with the maintenance crew. They were fixing each problem as it came up, although I thought there were far too many things requiring their attention.

My trouble came in the winter.My heater couldn't keep up with the loss of heat out the windows and the walls.I had everything cranked up and yet I had pipes freeze, and on cold days I could see my breath. I called the maintenance guys;the solution was to run my bathroom heater. It did actually raise the temperature of the apartment one degree, but I didn't see it as a long term option. Consequently I went to the manager to discuss the need for something more.

My story is like everyone else who went to the manager and had a problem to discuss..I was belittled, told I must have turned the heat off, and I was told to install thermometers in my rooms so I knew what the temperature was. After being escorted to the door of this women's office, she called me several times at my apartment to let me know everything I must do to prevent being considered a negligent tenant! It really felt like harassment, and I was just so frustrated because I was cold, paying for the heating, and really just astounded that the place really was that bad and they were that mean.

Now, there are several people,apparently, that did not have a problem while they lived at Rosemeade. I am happy for them. I do add that you should not have a problem, paying the rents that they pay. Before you rent here, consider carefully what you may get. If you get stuck in one of the problem prone apartments, consider what kind of response you would like to receive and what kind they actually will give you.

You may be lucky, and I hope you are. It is hit or miss I suppose...
