We are moving to the area from out of state and had planned on checking out Rosemeade. We are so very grateful to those who took the time to warn potential renters of the exhorbitant heating bills, leaks, and inadequate heating. It seems not only are the units poorly built and inadequately insulated, but also that management may need a few courses in people skills.

Good luck to all who contributed and thanks again for taking the time to write. We'll save the gas and SKIP ROSEMEADE.
