I have lived at Rosemead for just a little under a year. I think that the grounds are very nice, well maintained, and peaceful. The topic of privacy has been questioned in previous comments, and I will have to agree at this time! We are currently undergoing mandatory inspections of all apartments scheduled during the week, rather than a weekend when there's a chance of someone being home. Although I do like my apartment, I think the apartments are very small for the price we pay, particularly in a town like Southbridge.
