Bravo..I unfortunately have to post a response anonymously, because I potentially have legal reasons against this management,(not necc.the realty),and speaking with my neighbor he had also obtained a lawyer against them because they up'd his rent when his daughter moved in on a temp. basis,(college) 'and' they accused her of writing bad reviews on the web,WOW,where is the first amendment,especially when you are telling the truth. The property mngr thinks the sun sets because of her. OH...and check out the window on her office, it's PLEXIGLASS,why? So when/if projectiles are thrown at her window they bounce off,don't believe me?....try tapping on her office window that faces the entrance,which by the way she uses to watch who comes and goes,gee I thought the Secret Service had thier office in Washington! Oh,and watch out for thier lawyer whose office is in Southbridge,he sent a letter of suit agaist us that had no merit and of course it was dropped by him , but was this designed to intimidate us because we complained about abusive tenants? I have that on file and a witness.Not all the tenants have abusive neighbors and they are probably the ones writing good reviews,but I feel sorry for those that do,because you will probably be branded as a problem tenant ,also.The best outcome for me was when she refused to renew my lease,thank the lord I am now away from them all.The above is true I have no reason to lie. signed: no longer there and happier. p.s. the walls are thin,it is downwind from an occasionally smelly landfill,leaky re:heat, and parking is under all your windows including your bedroom; hey,but the grounds are terrific, just watch out for the nice ------- tenants who constantly walk the driveways day and night,no lie. ALL the above IS true unfortunately the bad times outweigh the good living there,It does have nice grounds and a very nice clubhouse,which of course is part of the staff office.

Your are correct, the legal issues are on the managements side. They give out personal information over the phone, just tell them you are a mover or someone like that looking to verify occupancy it is easy and it works.
Another issue that they tell you they record all phone calls. They cannot by law, they first need to tell you that "All call may be recorded for training purposes" or something of that nature. What they are really saying is "your call is recorded" They do not do this.
They are horrible, the dump "or new "trash mountain" is only .5 miles away from this site. Can you imaging the ground water another "love canal in the making"
For many reasons stay away from this place.

by the way, not only is the dump not far away but no one knows about the gas/turbine electric generation plant one mile north on the same Road, it's just over the line in Charlton. Can you imagine what crap you are getting from that? When I lived in an apt closer to it I had mold in my toilets and sinks all the time (black mold) but when I moved away from it it went away.
Also, the office is REAL BUDDY BUDDY with the mailman so if you think you have any personal information. HA. Good luck all
