I will give the goods and the bads of this place with true honesty

The good
1) It's a pretty place to look at
2) The parties they throw are very thoughtful and a great way to know your neighbors
3) The staff may be sometimes rude but when it comes down to it they do care
4) The staff are willing to work with people as long as you pay your rent
5) The place is kept up well as far as landscaping goes

The bad
1) People don't clean up after their pets even though rosemeade repeatedly tries to notify people to do so
2) the security deposit to have a pet is ridiculous
3) The apartments are really small and lack insulation
4) prepare for a HUGE electric bill in the winter
5) Southbridge is NOT a nice town no matter what people tell you (I have lived there for 6 years)
6) People who live there although they mind their business are stuck up and arrogant
7) getting a parking place in the winter is a battle even if you have parked in the same place forever people don't care.
8) The pool isn't well kept and usually full of bugs or frogs
9) People are inconsiderate and rude ex. (I was taking a late night swim with my fiancee and a woman was reading her book and asked if we could keep it down because we were laughing, we laughed at her and then she said she was going to report us to management because she couldnt focus..what a joke!)
10) it is not a good community for children. kids are not allowed to ride their bikes on the streets (which pretty much makes up for all pavement there except for the tennis court!) Trick-or-treating is not something people there celebrate either. We were lucky to get like 10 people out of 300.
11) The walls are thin and you can hear what is going on around you.
12) if you are on the bottom floor that is outdoors there is a light that will illuminate your bedroom so if you like to sleep in the dark this is not the type of apartment to ask for.

This is my personal experience for living here and realize it varies upon person and upon building. I hope this helps if you choose to live at Rosemeade. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but I have lived in better places :)
