Pros:
* They allow dogs!! :)
* Nice, quiet area.
* Provide a relatively nice gym, pool, laundry room, and basketball/tennis courts.
* Inside the apartments are clean and have nice features.
* Maintenance personal are always friendly!!

Cons:
* I HAVE HORRIBLE, RUDE, ARROGANT NEIGHBORS!!
* Assigned parking was a terrible idea that causes ridiculous conflict. If management wanted to resolve the issue they should assign two parking spaces per apt rather than one.
* HUGE electric bills in the winter even though a 1 bedroom is incredibly small.
* From the beginning the leasing manager was rude and inconsiderate.
