It's not a bad place to live, Southbridge is not the best location to get to places. My problem is the heating bill in winter can be high. This year national grid let me go on a budget plan and I pay $163 per month for my utilities in a 2 bedroom, we keep it cool in the winter and not so cool in the summer but the fan in our room works pretty good. I read the last review and decided to answer some questions that I think should be answered.

If your a rude person to begin with your neighbors will treat you like you treat them. The office staff seems nice and sometimes there is only one person there and it's usually the leasing lady, she was nice when we moved in and has always been nice when I see her. Sometimes people have a bad day and don't have a lot of time to hear you whine so I'd cut them some slack!

I just want peoples to know it's not a bad place to live and they have stuff for you to do and meet people and have fun. We like it here and plan on staying for now.
