I lived in Rosemeade for for a few years. It got worse and worse. The people that run the place are the problem. They do not listen to the residents. The will milk your whole security deposit and not give you reasons why. They say one thing and do another.Most often you will not get the apartment you think you will. They usually don't let you see it anyhow. Before moving out a the morale from fellow neighbor was low. The longer you live ther the worse it gets!
