Rude and cheap management I lived here for about 2 years. The model unit and management offices are nice. But, thats about the only positive aspect.
Expect heating bills anywhere $300 to $600. Parking arrangement is miserable. Molds are very common throughout. I have rented for about 10 years

Great apartment Laurel Ridge apartments are spacious, clean and very well maintained. Residents are quiet and respectful. Parking is never a problem. Very helpful and reliable staff! Big perks for us was washer/drier in the apartment and that they allow pets. We are very happy here.
