Rosemeade 41% Recommended Sep 07 2007: The manager at Rosemeade Apartments, is the most hateful and rudest individual I ve ever met. She is as disrespectful to people as her leasing agent is ----- . This hateful person has no business dealing with the public. She Laurel Ridge Apartments 100% Recommended Aug 19 2007: Laurel Ridge apartments are spacious, clean and very well maintained. Residents are quiet and respectful. Parking is never a problem. Very helpful and reliable staff! Big perks for us was washer/drier in the apartment and that they allow pets. We Rosemeade 41% Recommended Jun 12 2007: If you want to live with mice, extremely large electric bills, very slow maintenance and Rosemeade swamp instead of a pool Go for it, otherwise find a better place to live for the high prices you pay there. Rosemeade 41% Recommended Aug 03 2006: The apartments themselves are spacious but the location is awful. The cost of gas in the winter exceeds $200 per month!! I left because the buildings were shoddy and the management was unsympathetic and downright rude. Sure, the buildings look nice from the outside, but at least a few of them were not insulated properly |
