Lakewood Village is a nice place to live . Like any apartment complex they have rules and they enforce them , I.E. Noise , Kids running wild and NO PLAYING IN THE STREET ( safety issue ) . Lakewood Village has a large play field for children . The managment person that is onsite during office hours is personable and reasonable and is willing to work with tenants to resolve problems . During winter storms walks are CLEAR by 8AM passable by 7AM roadway and parking areas are passable through out any MAJOR or minor storm

I am looking for an apartment near or in southwick. Reading these comments is troublesome. I was looking into this property,but by the comments there is a problem with children. I have a 6 year old. I am a very "saftey first"" respect everyone" kind of mom. It seems as there are some people living here that would harass even the most quite mannered child. I wouldn"t want my fellow residents to be angry grumpy spinsters. Sorry but thats what these comments sound like. Moving on to another place.thanks for the heads up.
