Management refused to answer my phone calls, were rude, and would not listen to a word from either myself or my roommate. Your credit score or income do not matter to them, if you are younger 18 - 30 and meet their requirements (even exceed them! I met their requirements and offered co-signer with perfect credit anyway!) they will not even pay attention to you. They wanted $560/mo for electricity, heat, hot water, and rent and couldn't even tell me directly that they wouldn't rent to me. I make more than that in one paycheck!!! Instead I now live in a two floor apartment costing me $760 including heat and hot water with no problem!
